Leading From Identity

Mark 1:11 “This is my beloved (favorite) Son, in you I am well pleased.”

Before Jesus ever did a thing, the Father expressed His favor toward Him. Jesus led from a position of “loved”. This is also how John the Beloved identified. His identity was found in the love of the Lord regardless of the culture and threat of persecution and death.

When you know you are loved of God, this world cannot harm you.
