Reworking HVAC Units
To keep our New LifeShare Building cool in the hot San Antonio summers and warm in the sudden freezing winters, we had to rework our HVAC System.
As with any commercial building, to receive city permits, this project required a Mechanical Engineer to redesign our cooling and heating system. Rick Annunzio, our friend and architect, introduced me to Francisco Gomez, our mechanical engineer. After studying our space, he directed that we could go from 6 units to 4. Of course, we are keeping those two smaller units just in case we need extra cooling or we need to replace one.
After talking to several HVAC Contractors, God answered our prayer by reconnecting me with Taqui Quintana. One morning I reached out to Pastor Matt Bell, at Destiny Church, to inquire about any plumbers or electricians that he could recommend. He said he couldn’t think of any, but he said reach out to Taqui and he may know of someone. Well, sure enough, Taqui did and better than that he became our air conditioning guy.
Taqui is a Spaniard that knows his business and is easy to work with. He’s already found many ways to save our church considerable money on this HVAC Redesign. If you need a great AC person, Taqui’s your guy!
